Orders

Customers are required to provide all information accurately when placing an order. 

Order fulfillment will depend on the stock availability, 

For items that are out of stock please do allow a few weeks for replenishment! Ordering is still possible in out of stock situation. Should the order contain any out-of-stock item(s) our staff will get in touch with the customer to facilitate the order.

All product prices listed on searchery.sg are accurate at the time of data input. SE Archery reserves the right to change the prices at any time however we promise that the price customers purchase their items at will be the price that they pay. Prices listed are inclusive of tax.

Delivery

SE Archery Delivery (Singapore Only)

SE Archery provides door to door delivery option at a fee of $8. We will contact customers with regards to the delivery timings using information that customers have provided to us. Should the item be out of stock upon the placement of order by the customer, we will contact the customer as well and will arrange a delivery date when the ordered items are in stock.  

Delivery via Singapore Post

We do provide postage option via Singpost. After the confirmation and payment of the order, our staff get in touch with the customer on information about the postage fee. 

Upon successful mailing of the item(s), SE Archery will contact the customer of the respective tracking number(s). It will be done so via Email or any other channels that might have already been established and active between SE Archery and the customer. 

International Delivery

For international customers, please select the option of International Delivery, we will contact you with regards to the shipping cost pertaining to your delivery location. 

Delivery cost will vary, depending on the size/weight of order and destination country. 

Store Pick-Up

Customers may also choose to pick up their item(s) at our STORE located at 27 Changi North Cresent S(499618). Please do contact us via email or phone prior to your visit! 

Payment

Bank Transfer

Customers may can choose to use PayLah!, PayNow, Google Pay or bank transfer. The confirmed order will only be processed after payment has been received. 

Cash On Delivery Via SE Archery (Within Singapore only)

Customers are required to pay only at the time of delivery. Only cash is accepted. Customers choosing this option please indicate in the comment section in the order page. 

Cash and Carry (Within Singapore only)

Customers may visit our store and pay for their purchases there.

SE Archery reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions of the services provided. Should customers be affected by any changes, they will be duly informed.
